Upon completion of studies from the London School of Economics, Haaris received an offer of employment from a top-tier American investment bank in London. He has been an educational consultant for various academies in Mayfair, Chelsea and Westminster in London and retains a deep interest in human capital development. 

Haaris is a certified ICEF Trained Agent Counsellor (ITAC 1621) and a certified British Council Agent Counsellor (2020/CT/10180).
